i cant be counting anything on diets. i have to take in as many calories as possible with my over active metabolism. i'm constantly eating everyday. Workout 5 days a week, two practices during the week and games on sundays. If i'm not sweating bullets at the shop as well on saturdays.
I just need to find out how to cut body fat. Losing weight is my LAST issue right now. I also need to find out how to keep energy in my body during games so that i dont get burnt out from running so much!!??!

as far as energy, if you're looking for a supplement, NO-Xplode is a pre-workout drink that gives you an extra boost. It might help with the game time as well. Maybe stop at a Vitamin Shoppe (Magazine Street) or GNC to see what they may have.
