i think they have more cops/military people in the city than they do residents. Sitting in gretna throughout the day you would see a cop about every 5 minutes pass through.

They have already arrested like 4 people, and sent them straight to Angola.

I think that's a state wide deal. Sheriff Newell Norman, made announcements that people had been arrested, and sent to Angola as well.
