update guys..the guy that was shot in the head is dead and the other is in critical condition...i did call crimestopper and told them that those guys were circuling my neighborhood for 2 hrs in a white durango but i didnt have the plates..i hope those ****** get caught

Call the cops next time, all you have to say is the vehicle description and that you think they are casing. We catch so many people like this, drugs, weapons, and some weird stuff(gays).When you call the cops it gives them the right to stop the vehicle and check out the people inside. Hopefuly they did what they had to do and they won't be back in your neighborhood.
