Louisiana Z/Import cookout April 29th *Lakefront*
Lance is the one that schooled me on them and he said quaife would still suffice for drifting so I think Imma just get that one....
well id trust what lance and bradley told me too. they know what they are doin. i personally just want something with a bit more lock. i really dont care about the noises at slow turns or anything.
then get the nismo if you dont care about the noises its the best bang for the buck
I have yet to see a Z with a welded diff, lol. It would be the cheapest option.
Awesome for drifting, hence my first event with my welded I placed second.
Auto-x..... not so much, understeer upon turn in and oversteer midcorner and exit. I hate chicago boxes now, my car freaks out when presented with one, lol.
Anyway, S15 HLSD will be in my car one of these days.
I recommended the Quaife because:
Silent operation
No break-in period
Drops right in, use your stock shims
Geared based, no clutch plates to wear out
Better for auto-x and road racing, but will perform well in drag and drift

finally found where my exhaust leak is coming from
I always thought it was my headers, but it was in fact my stupid test pipes.
First I paid $250 for them then I paid $150 to fix them, and now they are leaking!!!
I got hella scammed for those things.
Anyone want some cheap faking Kinetix Resonated Test Pipes?
WTB Resonated Test Pipes!
LOL
Lafayette BWW was actually decent tonight, met some new people that seemed pretty cool.
OK i think this thread is long enough and covers enough topics now
