Since Andy @ Performance Nissan (which is the vendor that I am looking to buy a set of wheels) doesn't want to help me out, and figures I should self educate myself, I am hoping a couple of you guys can give me some insight. What is the difference is offsets between these two sizes? +17 front & +24 rear, and +12 front & +12 rear. Thanks in advance for your help.
http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp this helps understand it some
front: (2) will stick out 5mm more then (1)
(1) +17 front
(2) +12 front
rear: (2) will stick out 12mm more (1)
(1) +24 rear
(2) +12 rear
that is of course only if they are the same size
is that what you are asking or am i making a complete fool of myself?
my 9.5" front with +20 offset is pretty flush on stock springs
my 9.5" rear with +20 offset is tucked about 15-20mm on stock springs

It kind of makes sense. I am wondering, what would be considered better offset's to have, if that makes sense. If you were looking at a set of wheels that were 19 x 9.5 front & 19 x 10.5 rear, which of the two would be better offsets, +12 front and rear, or +17 front & + 24 rear?
the +12 would be better for both if you want "good fittment" i think lol....from what I was told on a 9.5 wheel the front is good around +12 but the rear needs to be about 0 so a 15mm spacer makes it sit nice. Since that rear is 10.5 I would assume it would sit about the same without the spacer? Not sure though....

Some pics are up of the AutoX....jeff you got a good bit on there
