Anyone competing in the IFO?
I'll be up there around noon. I don't think my shifting skills are good enough to compete in anything though......
I also heard a rumor the lil wayne is going to be singing saturday at the voodoo thingy. anyone know what time?
I'm getting pulled in both directions on saturday.....

Actually we didn't do ****. My boss felt just as bad so we didn't get anything done. I woke up at 10 and took a shower. Boss called me to go get some lunch. Then we went meet up with some people to go shoot sporting clays. Just got back from dinner. Feeling much better now. Got paid 12 hours too.

Just wanted to rant a little and let you guys in on what has happened to me.
Onlinetires.com has lost my business for any future tire purchases. I called on Friday Oct. 17 to ask if they had the Federal SS595 in stock in 265/35-18. I spoke with Marlin. I was told yes. I told him I wanted them and to send me an invoice. I wanted to pay through paypal so I even paid the extra 3% fee. I sent the payment to them friday after lunch. I was told the tires would ship out Monday. He told me to call back Monday just to make sure everything went through and to make sure they were shipping the tires. I called back Monday morning. Marlin was not there so I spoke to someone else. He told me they did get my payment and the tires would ship Fedex ground. I would recieve tracking information on Tuesday by email. I checked my email this morning and nothing. I called Marlin at this point to ask him if they did indeed ship my tires. I kind of got the run around like they didn't know what I was talking about. In the end, I get the explanation that the tires were never shipped because they didn't have them anymore. They sold my set to someone else. I don't know whether to believe there was only one set and someone else snagged it up before they marked it for me. Especially when I was told on Monday morning they would ship that day. At this point I'm angry but trying to work this out. I was told they could credit my paypal the money or I could pick out another tire. At this point I told them I wanted a refund to my paypal. Marlin tells me the person that deals with paypal is out of town until next Monday. So this means I cannot get a refund until next Monday if I don't pick another tire. I'm am seriously aggravated with this situation.

The know if they turn you around at first, then they will lose the sell.
But if they "have them in stock" and then have issues later, most people will just ride it out and they still make the $$$$.
I see this happen wayyy too often to believe the bs stories vendors feed any more.
I say stick with getting a refund, this way they dont make money off of you.
That is if you really don't want to do business with them any more.
It's your money, they have to earn it somehow.
GL man
