Just got off the phone with them. I called to talk to Marlin about possibly buying another set of tires. I asked him about pricing for another tire and asked if he could swing some type of discount for the inconvenience. He told me no. They were not willing to give any sort of discount. I never even got a "I'm sorry for what happened." I asked for my refund. He told me I would be able to get my refund on Monday.

I also wanted to add that I'm not trying to sugarcoat the entire scenario between us. I'm not one to tell stories when it comes to something like this. What I wrote is exactly what happened. I know everyone has their bad moments and it's rough on companies for that sometimes but the story just doesn't make sense. I don't think I was told on Friday and Monday that the tires were there and would ship Monday afternoon then 2 days later I'm told the tires never shipped because someone else bought them before they shipped them. Why wouldn't they have them rounded up and marked them "SOLD" and be waiting to be shipped. I don't think they ever had the tires in stock. I'm just very upset with the way the handle this entire transaction.
Got the MREV and spacer installed today. It was alot easier then I thought it would be. Didn't really give the performance results I was hoping for though. I put the mod on the list of things I could have lived without list.............
i ordered 6 tires from them and EVERYTHING went smoothly.

I realise as much, but I've done business with other sites & have not had problems. If one of those sites can't meet my needs, I'll look elsewhere before considering onlinetires.com
If someone wants it then let me know......
If anyone has an 02 explorer, I've got some 17" stock rims and tires for sale as well as Eibach drop springs for.... Sold the truck a few months ago before I had the chane to install them.
