I heard about this but never been to or seen one. Wonder who was hosting them. How hard is it to setup one of these events?

4.5 hours? It takes me four hours to get from Houston to Baton Rouge.

Speed limit or not much faster. From leaving my apartment to the eastern cusp of Baytown took four hours.

I've done 4.5 hours from Baton Rouge to Katy multiple times. Full tank of gas and use the bathroom before you leave (and don't eat on the way there).

When my wife had to move to San Antonio with the Saints, after Katrina, she would drive in every other weekend. It would take her 8 hours from our house in Metairie, to her temporary apartment.
