yep, i remember cops use to measure the height of the car with a pack of 'joes' . . .if the box couldn't fit underneath the skirt at it's lowest point you'd get a ticket. . .they calmed down on it a little bit but i've been told since Normand took office they are enforcing stuff like that again. . .
