That would be it.

A local shop asked about buying the motor if there isn't any crank damage.

They probably thought you were ghey anyway, and the hole was from herpes, which you contracted from deep throating

With that said, the car wasn't running at all, so they sourced a motor with 50k miles for me from a rear-end total Z.

I may still be able to use my clutch & flywheel which may knock as much as a thousand from the $6,495.36 they quoted me.
You can buy a built block for that!

Cool. My only concern is getting it from point a to b, whether that be across town or to you in Central.

Yeah. What are they offering? For me it would be a "project" more or less. So if they are offering you decent $$ jump all over it.

I would take the time to contact Kyle at IPP and see what he can build you a nice lil NA motor for. It may be similar in price and more fun.

I'll see what they say & let you know. What do you think is a fair price?

I might actually be able to make it down for the meet, I just looked at my school calender and should be done with finals on the 28th, hopefully I will actually meet some of you this time instead of just your cars, I'm surprised I didnt meet Ryan at IFO as much as I kept staring at his car, I love his setup It was very similar to what I want to do. I just hope Nissan gets my tranny fixed in time I'm tired of them waiting for approval, It's been almost 4 weeks. I'm not even sure whats wrong I just know it was making a odd noise but it still drives fine. I dont care though if they want to replace it under warranty they can. I'm just curious did any of you experience the same problem? or even know what it could be it sounds similar to a knock in the motor but just in the tranny at idle and low rpms.

mine is doin this too. should be the clutch. you prob destroyed the throw out bearing or the clutch plate. try this next time ur sittin at a light. let the clutch out to the friction point and see if the noise disappears. if it does its the clutch.
