whether a clutch and flywheel makes noise varies by part to part. some make more noise than others

You are kind of far away, but I can get you a set of Volk SF Winning's in black for a good price. A friend of mine got them for his G37, but he decided to go a different direction, before even mounting them. I think he is asking $1800.

I just hope Nissan gets my tranny fixed in time I'm tired of them waiting for approval, It's been almost 4 weeks. I'm not even sure whats wrong I just know it was making a odd noise but it still drives fine. I dont care though if they want to replace it under warranty they can. I'm just curious did any of you experience the same problem? or even know what it could be it sounds similar to a knock in the motor but just in the tranny at idle and low rpms.
mine from day one has sounded like an empty coke can rolling around in my tranny at idle, you can really hear it when you sit next to a wall. . .is that the kind of noise you are talking about?. . .nissan told me that its normal, pfffft. . .i just find them to be lazy at ray brandt cause a Nissan dealer in Laplace said they would fix it under warranty. . .just never made it out there . . .

No matter what it is I guess I'll find out when the dealership finally takes apart the car. And for the sf challenges thats not really my style either but at this point Im open to almost anything the offset on my rears is horrible and I dont want spacers. the drive wasnt bad to belle rose it took about 4 hours with a couple of stops. considering I drive to Shreveport almost every weekend anyway because Monroe just sucks Im fine with driving a few hours to get to do stuff.

^^I'll let you know when I find out Hopefully it should be in the shop this week I told them I couldnt let it go until they were ready to start because my bodyshop guy needed to the car to fit the hood right my dealership is pretty good on doing stuff quickly I think mainly because the mechanics are glad they finally get to work on something other than a Titan or Altima.

cool. . .it's the new orleans suburban roads i'd be worried about though. . .not so much a flat course as a track. . .it's not a bad package deal they are offering for the traction rods for the rear and arms for the front. . .regular $1159.97, on sale for $499.99. . .i wonder if they are coming out with something newer cause that's a shiet load of money off of regular price. . .

that's a great idea. . .i don't think they could charge extra cause they have to take it apart anyway. . .triple carbon will be my choice. . .

regulators are a small problem and easy to take care of yourself so i wouldn't really hit yourself over that. . .it's the big stuff that you don't have a shop where you can take care of it yourself that i would be worried about. . .gets pricey. . .

my dad actually has a nice shop with just about anything I need to work on my car that I can use anytime I feel like driving to his house. I just mentioned the regulators because I knew they were going out but was just to lazy to make a trip to the dealer about it.
