man i started taking this dietary supplement today to help my metabolism a little, called LIPO 6X and i actually feel like going to the gym after work. . .not so much tired like i usually am. . .but it's giving me the fots. . .

that's what i've heard so i decided to try it. . .it's my first supplement i've taken besides One a Day and Smoothie King. . .so i'll see how my body takes to it. . .always did it things naturally but i feel like the older i get the slower my metabolism gets. . .so i gave in. . .

i took lipo6 before and it work wonders...i havent tried the lipo6x yet
