Ok I got quoted 450 shipped for a v2 front with canards.....I think it would be around that much just to get all the shyt for an 06 front THEN i would need to buy the lip which is another 500....should I just get the V2? Ugh I dunno what to do.....
The reason I wanted the lip was because if need be I could easily remove the lip yah know....

Did any of you guys hear Roger Clemens on Mike & Mike this morning? Saying why he 'never did or would' take steroids, he said his family has a history of heart ailments-- his brother had a heart attack in his 40s & his step dad had a heart attack.
Not helping that dumb jock perception much, big guy.

For 18s to look good, the car needs to be slammed. No room for bodykit when its slammed =(
I'm thinking about going back with 45 profile tires.
I have my stock 17s on the front right now and there is a lot less gap.
I think its because 17" diameter + 45 profile is taller then 18" diameter with 35 profile.
arent the profiles measure in height mm?

Sidewall Aspect Ratio
Typically following the three digits identifying the tire's Section Width in millimeters is a two-digit number that identifies the tire's profile or aspect ratio.
P225/50R16 91S
The 50 indicates that this tire size's sidewall height (from rim to tread) is 50% of its section width. The measurement is the tire's section height, and also referred to as the tire's series, profile or aspect ratio. The higher the number, the taller the sidewall; the lower the number, the lower the sidewall. We know that this tire size's section width is 225mm and that its section height is 50% of 225mm. By converting the 225mm to inches (225 / 25.4 = 8.86") and multiplying it by 50% (.50) we confirm that this tire size results in a tire section height of 4.43". If this tire were a P225/70R16 size, our calculation would confirm that the size would result in a section height of 6.20", approximately a 1.8-inch taller sidewall.

REAR: 275 / 25.4 * 0.35 = 3.78" sidewall
FRONT: 255 / 25.4 * 0.35 = 3.51" sidewall
no way my sidewalls are that big

shows
235/45/17 total diameter = 643.3mm
255/35/18 total diameter = 635.7mm
damn wish I would have known this sooner!
I definitely would have went with like a 40 profile

ok guys, some of yall may or may not know what car i was getting. i was buying andy's car. last week i sign all the papers for the loan and was just waiting for andy to receive his check so i can get the car shipped. today, around 6 i get a text from andy saying the deal is off, he still hasnt receive the money yet and somebody else offered him more money. i called my lender immediately to see what i can do and there isnt anything since they dont have the title. so after a grueling 2 months of waiting...i got fcuked...the lesson i learned from all of this...never try to buy a car out of state again
