Just went to court after pleading not guilty for the speeding ticket i had gotten for doing 102 in a 60. . .i basically pleaded with the DA and the Judge and told them that there were extenuating circumstances as to why i was speeding and gave them my story. . .the judge was lenient towards my situation and lessened the fine to $110 plus court cost which came to $280.75 and allowed me to claim Article 849 so it won't go on my record. . .i feel blessed. . .

that i made a split second brash decision in a frustrated state of mind due to being tailgated and that it wasn't the type of speeding that you would consider joyous but to elude a possible attacker. . .what i didn't think about your honor is the damage i could have possibly caused if i were to wreck at those speeds, not only to myself but to others as well. . .which the trooper pointed out to me as he wrote the ticket. . .it's not something that i normally do and it won't be something that i make a habit of. . .i'll make sure it doesn't happen again your honor, you'll never see me in your courtroom again. . .

wheels and tires ordered, finally! They only had silver so keep trying to get a quote on powder coating Blasian. I'm going to keep playing with photoshop and see what color I will end up choosing. See if anyone is interested in buying my nismo rims and tires as well. I could use the money to buy suspension. they're practically new, 3,600 miles...
Also have the VS-II hood, speaker box, and 3rd sub in route. should be about 2 more wees and everything will be in.
