Tools needed:
factory jack
floor jack
1/2" ratchet (3/8")
misc 1/2" extensions (3/8")
17mm socket
12mm socket
19mm socket
17mm box end wrench
power tool is VERY helpful in removing front strut from spring
torque wrench (if you are as paranoid as I am)
spring compressor
I know you don't need a spring compressor but it's a lot safer.

Hey Dustin I have spring compressors at home, just got to find them. Maybe want to meet up or swing by my place to pick them up before going to see Greg? Just let me know and I'll go find them tonight.

I hear you. If you're coming from Houma and Greg is somewhere in NO then Destrehan is on the way, I'm just off the lulling bridge. But yeah when I get home tonight I'll look for them.

I did my springs with my dad at the dealership and we used a machine that's just like the compressors, just easier to use. Is it actually easier to do it your way?

Luckily I got all new trunk carpet and a full size spare!

As long as you have the car jacked up evenly in the front its easier! We tried using a Spring Compressor on Soliel's car but it was a POS! I did Ryan's well over a year ago, so when we did Soliel's car I forgot the little tricks... after we figured it out again it went ok!!
