Sucks about the poor shipping. I personally wouldn't be worried about the dent because of 2 things.
First, it's under the middle of the car, never will be seen again.
Second, I'd probably bottom out so hard I'd eventually dent it myself.
The tips, it doesn't seem that noticeable unless you're all up on it. I'm sorry but I won't stick my face that close to someone's exhaust tip, especially if it was running.
Something to keep in mind next time is to get insurance on the item when you get it shipped. Then the shipping company pays for any damage.

He said to give em a call tonight around 6pm. He wants to know why you are changing the diff cover!! simply because you have to remove the whole unit to replace that. Did you get a Nismo diff cover or something? and what does it do?! As for the oil he mentioned 25 to 30 dollars or something. Call em, he'll square you away. You can come pass by too and check out the Jeep. It's torn down and we putting the new heads and cam tonight.
