He probably means exactly that. It won't do very well with drag radials making that much power. You would need to run full out slicks to get the "right" traction.

Yes they do, and a TT setup is similar to a v-8's low end torque,(i think twins are at full boost around 3,200 ish?) but, they all have traction issues on the street. With that much power, I would be surprised if you could even launch it on drag radials. Not like you can turn down the torque of your Ls1. My power is linear, but when the boost comes in, I could be in 3rd sometimes and get squirrely or sideways.

so whether u ahve 400rwhp with a tt vq or an ls1 the traction prbolems are gonna be the same? that would make it really good for drift then huh?

drift? the Z33 is killah for getting sideways stock.. no need for TT or LSX..

looky here.. just get in that sombish and kick that clutch and hold on!

im pretty bad at drifting but i wanna learn. wut should mods should i do for the z to use it for drift?

only thing you need to start drifting is a set or sets of drift wheels and tires. The car will perform excellently stock. If you have a base model, you will do a lot better if you have an aftermarket lsd.

Research on what LSd you want, and the question is, can you install it yourself?
