How many oil changes have you done so far? Did you actually do the oil change or did the dealership? I would bring it into the dealership next time you need an oil change. Check the oil when it's time to change it again. If the level is low, bring it to the dealership. Specify that you want them to check the oil level before they take the oil out and that you want them to check how much oil is missing. Tell them that you know of the oil consumption problem. Tell them that you want all of the data they just figured out documented on paper. They will BS you that there is NO KNOWN oil consumption problem. Tell them again that you know for certain that there is. If this keeps happening and you keep bringing the car in, they will eventually replace your motor. Lucky you, you get a new motor. You have to go to the dealer and follow these guidelines though.

I mean lucky in two seperate ways. The bad: you have to put up with the crap of doing this over the period of the next year or so. It's not really that bad. All you're doing is driving your car like normal. Only thing you have to do is check the oil when it's time to change it so that you know if it's low or not. This way they can't BS you and say your oil wasn't low. No big deal. The good: You drive your car a year or so. Then you get a totally new motor. What could be bad about that.

I will not say that this is 100% true but your car may burn a little oil during the initial break-in. My car burn 1/2qt. Since then it has not burned a drop.

Well I can tell you this. Looking at your dipstick, from the H to L mark is one complete quart of oil.
