Chris, I remove my diff and I brought it to Dumas @ Performance Subaru and he installed the Nismo 1.5 way and Central20 gears and Nismo diff cover in a few hours. The next day Lance and I put it back in.

Do you mean "gluing the mount to the window" ? There is a special superglue you can pick up at just about any autoparts store for gluing the mounting plate to the glass.
Looked like it had some pre-made stick pad on the window.
