That is what really happened, Will. They told me they would send me out a replacement and they would be filing with USPS. The strangest part was that it was in a completely PERFECT box. Untampered with and sealed like new. The lady said that it was probably repackaged and that the items were taken. Who knows. I guess there is a first for everything. Thank god they didn't steal any of my cigars from yesterdays shipment
