Work on your launch

If you could pull off a 2.0, you'd have a hell of a time.

definately work on your launch. you'd be killing the track with a great launch. looking at 13.4 maybe 13.3 with a good launch.

yeah i need a netetr react, but i tried a couple launches, one at 1200.. we all know what happened, then at 2500 and i got this real bad wheelhope, my back still hurts! Then the 13.7 was held at 2000. So should i go higher and try to feather it out? Or just wrk on react.

Like Dustin said, if you can knock down a 2.0 60' you should hit 13.3 to 13.5. Your MPH might drop a little bit but the time will be quicker.

Try this next time out. Drop tires pressure. To 20 psi or so. When you do your burnout, do it in second gear. roll through water box, roll tires over in first. Stop, switch to 2nd gear. Tach it out and drop the hammer. Hold brakes for just a second or 2. Your tires are spinning much faster than if you were doing a first gear burnout so they get really hot really fast. Just make sure you keep the RPM's up while doing the burnout. If it starts to bog lift. At No Problem I use to launch at 2300 RPM's. I lifted off the clutch all at once, no feathering. Tires would chirp a couple of times but would never really break lose nor would the car bog. 95% of the time I grabbed a 2.0 60'. Couple of times I hit 1.9's. That was on 275 / 35 / 19 Toyo's.

Hope that helps

I talked to the service manager 3 seperate times while it was there and he insisted that it was not his fault and that those scratches were there before the car came in. Conviently they cut the sidewall of a brand new tire while installing them so you tell me cause I sure as hell made that clear.
