Gaskets are worn probably. I had the same problem. To fix you'd have to change the valve cover gasket and I don't even want to know much that would cost

Painted the wheels some more today.
Think I'm gonna settle for this and start laying the clear coat.
I just looked at my old thread and saw that I started this project in early July.......damn!
