July 4th weekend would probably be ideal, but I will go with majority vote. Still need a set location, that is even distance for everyone.

Pick a spot, about a year ago I went to a crawfish boil at a park in Denham Springs right around the I-12/I-10 area, and it was pretty big, and nice.

There's a nice park off Millerville-- the problem with parks, though, is reserving the area.
