they installed two dents in my fender tinting my windshield and refuse to pay to fix it

thanks for the heads up. i was planning on getting my tints done there.

 

I had mine done there with no problems, but I watched them the whole time they had my car in the back.

I have had all my cars tinted there and have never had a problem. They have always done great work for me.

 

I get all my tint done in Lake Charles... Tint is expensive out here compared to LC.

 

I had a good experience before but I had to replace my windshield and they were complete arssmunchers about fixing the 2 dents in my fender where he leaned over to fit the tint. I washed my car the day before and it sat all night and I drove it to work where it sat by itself and went there at 11 am w/o the dents. I picked up my car at 5:30 since they never called to tell me it was done and there were 2 dents. wtf???? the owner, john, who according to himself has the best reputation in tinting is a complete piece of crap

 

i need to get my windows tinted in BR or gonzales, is there any other place ?

 

Bishoy, sorry for the delay, my guys told me what happened, how does your dad like the liner?

 

turned out great after the whole ordeal. I wish I had known about the delay cause I would have taken it to get tinted in the morning. I was just a little shocked when I came back later and it was still sitting in the same spot.

Line-x owner was a nice guy but one of his workers decided to throw a roll of tape at my back window (no damage of course) and he had to have a talk with him...i really have bad luck lol

 

Again, sorry about that, I was running between the other two stores, and did not learn of the situation until I got back to Kenner @ 5 p.m. One of my sales people said that they were supposed to call when your truck was ready, and they didn't, and Line-x also said that their machine was down, and backed them up for a while.

 

just bad luck all around. everything happens for a reason. no big deal, Im always going back and forth so ill eventually get the windows tinted
