Default My family needs your prayers!!!! Please look.

My mom and sister just moved into an apartment complex along with my sister's 2 children last week. Children's ages are 2 years and 3 months. Today we had a huge scare. Their apartment building caught fire today at 10am. They are all ok and their apartment was saved. So far, the fire department has contained the fire from reaching their end of the building. I have included a link to the article with a picture and a short video to give you a better understanding of what happened. In the picture, the apartment numbers start at 1 from left and go up to 12 to the right. My mom lives in 12. The fire started in 4 and took 1,2, & 3 with it. Then the firewall collapsed inside and 5,6,7, & 8 were taken as well. As of right now, the fire has been contained and 9,10,11, & 12 are ok. There is electical and some smoke damage to the rest of the building so my mom, sister, and the kids will need another place to live. This will be very hard on them due to my mom's health conditions and financial status. We will get through it. Just need some prayers that they can find a place to live that is safe for them and the kids. Places to live are scarce around here right now. Please keep all of those that lost everything in your prayers as well. They will need it.

It was quite a scare seeing a fire this big in person. My sister called me after they got out and I was very close by so I decided to head over there. I tried to help out as best as I could but not much to be done. When I got there, the fire department was setup and starting to extinguish the fire. I ran over to help my sister with the kids. The fire was crazy. There were flames shooting out of the roof up to 40-50 feet high and coming out of every window. All in all a wild day.

Thanks to all

That's a scary situation. I hope they find a new place to live soon and I'm glad they are ok.

Thanks you guys. Everything should end up ok for my family. All of their stuff is ok. I am now more worried about the people that lost everything. I am going to find out about a donation center to drop off some things and clothes. Now we just need to find a place for my family to live and move them.
