Regarding ACT 190 - it will probably take years for signs to be installed on the major highways and for people to figure out exactly what they mean.
A few years back when I was on my way up to the TOTD in N.C., I noticed in MS, AL, GA and TN, they all had signs about keeping to the right lane. As I sped along, ever so often I would run up on a slow car in the left lane so I'd blow by them in the right lane. 9 times out of 10 those cars had LA plates on them. We're too f'in stupid to even understand traffic laws much less obey them.
Troopers will be issuing warnings only for Acts 166, 147 and 190 through October 1, 2009. All other new legislation will be fully enforced on their effective dates.

The one that gets me is when traffic lights are down and people go ape shiet, like they don't understand the intersection becomes a 4-way stop. Louisiana drivers as a whole are pretty poor on the road IMO
not sure didnt measure it yet but now i can make it up my driveway from when i had the 18's on. i love the setup, i just need to get aligned because of to much camber in the rear. my rear is sunk in on the top. front is flush and looks really good.
ill have more pics soon and ill measure the clearance. but i dont think ill be raising the car up any. i love it at this height =)
