I went look at a 2000 civic friday. Drove almost 2 hours after work, didn't get there till late. The car had a few issues, engine sounded funny, weird clutch, etc. We were working out a trade civic + cash for the z. My Z has a few issues too, window motors, needs alignment, etc. So we decided to do the trade, sometime this week (monday) when the bank was open to do the trade. I was talking to him yesterday about the details of the trade (wheels and parts etc) and we're trying to figure out the details.
Today I go look at his for sale thread and he has "sold, close thread". WTF. I PM him. Find out he traded his car for another Z. No clue if he planned on telling me or what?
I fucking hate flakers. Car is in the shop this morning. I was rushing to get everything straight so we could goto the bank. Even contacted my banker and started making plans. GRRR
I sent him a text saying, "Man, you kind of ****ed over Trent." He replied telling me he didn't & that he'd call me & explain-- he did, but I was out to dinner.
I'm going to call him back in a bit. I'm *hoping* there's a logical explanation.
