Thanks. I think my quotes were somewhere around 2400 a year. The house I am buying is in flood zone A2, which is not a good one. The builder has an elevation certificate though, which brought it back down.

if you can get on USAA i hear the homeowners insurance is ridiculously cheap.

How did the kit treat you while it was on the car? I know you had bad mo'jo getting it tuned.
