I was wondering if anybody in LA has had experience installing n2o on their car because I should be getting everything I need to have everything ready but I just want someone who knows what they are doing to install it, and how much do you charge. I just want it done right the first time and all the switches, gauges, wiring, done right and where no one can see it.

Just let me know if you or someone you know that does quality work and I dont mind paying for good work. Thanks guys in advance

 

sorry i've been out of the loop its been crazy the last few days. ive got a lot of work to do to my car and im hoping to have it all done by sunday. if not i'll still hit up IFO but i wont enter. we can meet at 9.30 at tanger mall if that sounds good for you?

I have the rear view mirror mod for my V1 radar detector and for some reason it isn't working, wired through my roof/dash. I also have the Tein flex coilovers with edfc. my edfc is mounted in the roof where the sunglass holder is and it isn't powering up at all so im almost positive my roof will be coming down today.

I have gtech pro rr mounted in my cubby and its not powering on either so my center console will be coming out.

then i'm pulling my headlights and attempting to paint/halo/demon eye, then wire it all up to my center console. I don't want to tie them in with my running lights just to avoid future issues.

i might also paint my battery cover and engine cover if this paint looks like it somewhat matches PPW....

i just feel stupid to enter the show if all my little gadgets and gizmos are broken.

I have a pretty good game plan, about to start checking fuses right now..... wish me luck

got my V1 working and figured out the problem with my edfc control box, but now i broke the two pins off the damn sunglass holder which pins it to the roof. trying to figure something out to make it stay up there now. where's the duct tape......

 

Jacob. the radar worked with me. i unplugged the radar because it got annoying around stores lol. just check that out before droping head liner and the EDFC worked for me to. you gotta press the lil power button. i think its on the left. hold the on button....

 

ugh looks like im to late. lol

 

my v1 had all the lights staying on and beeping wouldn't ever stop. the troubleshooting manual said it was the power wire. i cut the connections to the power box and just redid them. works perfect now.

the edfc would turn on but would not display anything. i pulled it down to paint it white and found out my display wire pulled out of the connector. repinned and painted it, then superglued the pins for the sunglass holder and got it all working again.

just pulled the lights. gonna cook em tonight put the demon eyes/halo. i gotta try to find some better color matching paint tomorrow or im just going to paint them black because the ish i have now doesn't come close to matching.

 

Ok glad you got it all working... and try carquest. they may can put your paint code in a can. they do alottta paint stuff for us. and dont forget when you spray your lights you cant seal them right after. the paint hhas to air out/breath. if you put the cover on to soon itll haze the inside of the lens. Id come help you bro but the GF surprised me and showed up on a very quick notice... Let me know if u need anything man.

me jeremiah and ross are rolling out a little earlier than that. i know a lot of people are meeting at highland at 8 to roll out and be there for 9. we arent meeting up with those guys though.
