It's Cincinnati, not Detroit. I live downtown and drive a Corvette, never had a single problem. Once you learn the area you'll find that there are only a few places you need to worry about leaving your car for any period of time.

 

Lol that's what I was initially thinking, but my friend in cinci was telling me that I'd def have to worry about it. We haven't got a house yet, so I'm not sure what neighborhood or anything well be in. I've got a friend that goes up to Detroit all the time, and I swear every time she goes up there she comes back with a story of some kind of crime she witnessed. Idk why anyone would want to live in that place.

 

What part of town they live in? What kind of $$ you looking to spend on a house\use on rent? Don't get me wrong, there are some parts where you wouldn't want to park your car for an extended period of time, but 95% of Cincinnati and the surrounding area is fine.

 

She's supposed to be going to look at one in South Fairmont soon. It's an older home, will need some work, but we don't mind that. We plan on moving in a few years anyway.

For anyone not going to the drift, ZROC is gong to run some backroads on Saturday. Open to any/all interested parties:

What Z/G clubs are in the area (more so to cinci preferably)? I'd like to get into at least one of them.

 

So as a reminder to anyone who may read this today -> A couple friends and I will be cruising up to lake county speedway for drift practice; our goal is to get there around 5 when it starts and inhale as much tire **** as possible until 10pm. Hope to see a few of you there!

 

Nothing formal in Cincy that I am aware of but I think either Lex or Louisville
might have one. ZROC is in Columbus and there is a Cleveland club too. the Ohio G club is based out of Columbus too. Google is your friend.

 

There seems to be a few people in the Ohio G club from cinci. They also try to have at least a couple get togethers in that area. I would check out their group page on g35driver. I frequent it pretty often as there is a lot more ohio chat on there than there is here.

 

google? if all clubs had websites, sure. my current club has no website, and could only be found online through this website and a private invite to their facebook page. we currently have around 40 members. although its not primarily a z and g club, we have more of them than others. its a no douche sort of club, with only tastefully modified cars. im hoping to find something similar to this in ohio.
