I'll be there Friday for a HPDE. Saturday is a SCCA autocross fun event so I may check that out if I'm not too tires from Friday.

ZROC will be doing the annual Heritage Tour this Saturday, cruising to the 3 Nissan Dealers in town. Start at Buckeye at 10:00 AM, cruise to Nissan north for free lunch, and then on to Germain to end things. I'm sure you guys would like free lunch so come on out, lol. Some of us may start at C & C at the usual 8:00 AM.

 

Sounds fun. Is there a cost for it? Any more information?

seriously though, there's no cost it's just a cruise. I met them at Nissan North last year because it's about 500 ft from my house.

 

I know...I know...lunch is free, but you know how you pay for something one way or the other at some point. Didn't know if you had to pay for an oil change and lunch was free...I'm pretty sure I'm in & Seth will be tagging along for the day too. Car looks a lot better since I replaced badly chipped driver side mud guard/splash guard.

 

Right... there is no such thing as a free lunch. Although we've all paid Nissan somewhere along the line so you might as well get a couple hot dogs. I can't make it to this because of work.

LOL me too! Hopefully the next time I'm out I will have finished my mini make-over.

I'm STILL trying to find a trustworthy body/paint shop to paint my bumper. So if anyone knows one, preferably in the northern half of Columbus let me know. Although if its anywhere remotely close I'd travel for a decent paint guy.

 

My bumper and hood need paint - Jeremy from OhioG gave me the name/number of the guy who did his hood but I haven't called him yet. I think he is way out east though. Also got a name/number from Robert Porter but again, procrastination, lol. Need to get it done before ZdayZ so need to get off my azz.

 

I speak with Jeremy quite a bit. He's had a few "issues" with his paint guy. I spoke to Mark a while back and everything sounded good. Then Jeremy told me about what had gone down and I'm holding off, waiting to hear how Mark resolves the situation.

Also he is way out east which bums me out because it will be a hassle. Is everyone in the body shop world a complete crook? I'd rather not resort to painting it myself because it is not cost effective. That is what I did with my old front lip and I could probably do it again, but I'd rather pay a pro for a job of this size.

I'll have to ask Robert who his paint guy is.
