Anybody have any recommends on local machine shops for engine build? And yes, I know about the ones in GA/TX/CA/VA. Really wanted someplace more local where I can go and see them in person, rather than a mail order engine. If nothing else, save on shipping charges.

 

Are you open to IL? GRD has a great place they use.

 

I'm from Chicago, there are no lack of engine machine shops up there, as you know. But I was hoping for someplace a bit closer to my current residence.
