hey guys --
i don't rant much or even post that much due to other things in life but this takes the cake.

Suburban Nissan formerly Bill Cook will not honor warranty or service bulitens when you you car is under warranty.

when the do you service for other recalls the techs do not finish the job appropriately.

my care has been in their dealership for a total of 2 months in its lifetime.

the reason for this thread was that i went in for ntb04065-axle clicking,ntb03063-seat wear,and ntb03076-driverside seat noise.

my in service date on my car is 03/17/04 less than 3 years
milage 12920 under 36000 not my daily driver(too many other vehicles)


they told me that they would not cover the cost of repairs and told me to go away.

i did on the way out loose it but i have been very calm though the driveshaft seal breaking after the gas tank recall and many of the too many to list problems.


DO NOT GO TO SUBURBAN NISSAN/ MAZDA/ PORSCHE THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF ANY CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
