Sorry everyone. I called first thing today to put the downpayment on the track, and they said sept. 6th is no longer available, somone called last night and rented it about 10 min after I talked to them. The next closest date is Oct 2nd. Let me know.

 

There is a Test and Tune this Friday at Milan if anyone is interested. Also if people are unterested, I will rent the track out on Thursday Oct. 2nd from 6-9pm. So please let me know. This will also allow people to get off work if possible.

October would be better anyway- cooler temps, plus people will have more notice.

 

Every wednesday is test and tune @ Milan too... maybe less crowded on wednesday???

I want to get the tuning taken car of with my car and put on the crank pulley.

If that gets done by friday I will go.

 

I will call after work and put the downpayment for Oct. 2nd. Because the deposit is non-refundable and I dont want to get screwed paying if the weather sucks, I am asking for $10.00 deposits. I dont think that that is unfair?? I think getting 40 people in over a month will not be a hard thing to do.

Shifty - Because I am going to rent the track for the 2nd I dont think I will go this friday. Things could change though.

It is done. I just put the downpayment on the track for Oct 2nd. There is a $10.00 downpayment that is non-refunable to secure your spot. (Sorry. This is so I dont get screwed if it get cancelled.) The cost for the track will depend on the number of people, and it is a flat rate of $5.00 per person that comes to watch. Right now I have set the limit to 40 people racing. I dont really care how many people want to come and watch.

When I talked to the lady at Milan, she said Thursday Oct. 2nd from 6-9 is open. I just looked at a calender and it is a Tuesday. I will call tomarrow to confirm, but it looks like its on a tuesday.
