At any rate I hit the road tomorrow night and I'm going to drive for as long as I can drive then I will do the same Saturday but stopping at a few friends houses along the way. Right now I expect to show up in Minnesota on Suday.

I'm really looking forward to meeting you guys and if there is anything you can think of that I might find useful about living in MN I would really appreciate the advice.
Drive safely man. And if you get to Illinois and Wisconson, watch your speed.
The cops there like to hide all over. I like cops and all they do to protect us but sometimes I think speed limits are unconstitutional, lol.

Same here. Careful driving and don't push it too hard. Definitely watch out for the Wisconsin troopers. They're real *******s, and that's coming from another LEO.

Got the day off? Good luck with the install. Let me know if you need help. I plan on taking the boys to the pool at Redwood Community this afternoon.

I'm also going to put the M brace back on the Z and adjust the rear sway bar. Either that or we can have a mod party at my house tomorrow!

I'm cleaning out kids clothes, beds, toys, fridge, glass display case, and anything else I can find to make room in the house and garage.

I'm 2 blocks north of Co Rd 42 on Garden View Drive. I'll have stuff on the driveway, so pass the word along or stop by.

I'm going to start setting things up after posting this.

Bring cash!

Now's my chance to put my kids to work by sitting in the garage and selling lemonade.....lol

well I didn't make it as far as I'd have liked. Some of the guys at work wanted to take me out for drinks and I knew that that wasn't the best way to start out a road trip so I was in MA last night. I started this morning and made it to the Ohio Indiana border and I'm stopped for the night. I'll finish it out tomorrow.

So should I just do the fronts? I don't think I'll need to go bigger than 4 piston calipers. I'm trying to get a good idea on brands, sizes, compatibility, ease of swap, etc.

here's the deal... 4 piston, 6 piston, 8 piston. they all clamp the same. There are benefits to more pistons, but in reality, they all potentially can perform the same.

Being you have non brembo brakes, I would advise you to address fronts and rears.

this is something I would look into

lol... I was actually reading that thread earlier. I know at the minimum I'll need the front rotors (slotted of course). If I increase the size of the rotors, will I need to get a 'bigger' caliper? I'm not buying a full kit since I already have upgraded lines and fluid. I'll definitely need new pads.
