Hey Guys...long time since I've talked to anyone. Summer has been busy and fun! I gave in and decided to buy a racecar. I couldn't hold off anymore. My first race was last week in Shakopee at Raceway Park.
I drive a 127hp beast by the name of Ford Escort GT! LOL...it is an entry level class that gets me out racing and pushing a car to the real limits (Walls and other cars are all in play for rubin). My first race I started 13th out of 26 cars and ended up finishing 2nd! It was a blast.
I might come out this Saturday for the cruise (not in the Escort...haha). Is there someone I should call to figure out where we are going to meet up?
Also - as an idea, I race most every Sunday night starting at 6pm in Shakopee. Perhaps a cruise and night at the races to cap it off? Just an idea.

As for the Saturday meet, we were just going to meet outside of Prescott. Where do you live? If you're in the south 'burbs, I can always meet you somewhere.

Dunno, it's gotten pretty chilly.
I've hit the 5-weeks til shipment mark, so I've started to run every morning at 6 - 7 a.m. The past couple mornings have been hell.

Morning runs are great for you. I was doing that until this weather cooled. The wind doesn't help either.Greg, I'm planning on leaving my house at 9 to get some gas. I might try to adjust my sways first.

Man that was a nice run. Big ups to Sportbiketed for organizing the cruise
later on that day some douche in a stang with a plate that says "Whiplash" was trying to run me. He was clearly more powerful, but I would have had'em in the twisties even with my bad tires. Ever since I went out cruising with you guys, playing around in the cities is not fun
I guess i'd rather run wild for 30-45 minutes at a time then 30 second pulls on the highway. Idiots.

Stang boys and their toys.... I guess they don't get out much. I'd like to invite some Stangs to go with us on those twisties and put them in the back.

I was mostly in the back because I get easily distracted by the scenery and slow down to look at stuff. Sorry for those behind me that had to put up with that.
