That's not an excuse, sorry to say. You may not realize how fast you're going, but the cop realizes it well enough to pull you over. He could pace you, time you, gun you with radar. System's on his side.

Oh trust me, I know that, but it never hurts to try and see if you can get it reduced, I am not trying to get out of it I am just going to see if I can get a bit lower.
