As long as we are throwing things out there....I have a 1 year old high efficiency elect dryer I am selling dirt cheap&or trade for something, as I had to buy gas HE for new house, so if anyone knows anybody..... and btw elect&mech inspections passed...waiting on final walkthrough if num-nuts ever gets here so I CAN move in finally....hope he got laid last night so he is in a good mood.
