Speaking of too many V2's....gots me a new V1 on the way....what color to paint it?!?!?!?!?!?
Alex- Bummer about the accident/bumper! Great opportunity for a aftermarket though! I like the nismo
Greg- That sucks about the fender roller
Glad everyone make it ok through the storms....weather wasn't too bad where I was at. I actually had the Z out during the afternoon storm/tornados....I was parked outside at my studio at Harriet Island in St. Paul. We only got some heavy rain....no hail or wind thank god.
As far a sushi goes.....I'll be having sushi in Tokyo soon!
There was a great fare at Delta one of my buddies who flies a lot alerted me to, only $590 round trip, so I couldn't pass it up. I'm going over 4th of July weekend....1 day of travel on each end and 4 full days on the ground. I've never been there before so I'm looking forward to it...maybe I'll stop by the Nissan plant and try to get a tour

That's what i was thinking....hmmm, Dave what are we gunna do with you?? haha
Dana was a little upset that I am going without her...just the guys on this trip so it should be a major party
Wish I could bring the car too! Although, I hope to see a few Fairladies in their natural habitat...haha
Stud and bbk install was a bust didn't have a universal ball joint seperator to pull out the studs :/ they are relativley cheap though so i am going to order one tonight.
par, lets go find someplace to skate this weekend, ive kinda got the itch. ill probably be a little rusty though. its been a while. i took my board around the neighborhood the other night and just did a couple of kickflips and shovits so at least i can still do that. didnt try anything else though.
haha done. im not worried about my clutch either. i love that clutch. it should take a beating for a really long time. thanks to aaron and danny @ db for suggesting it. i got the spec 3+... which is way overkill but is still fairly easy to drive. danny told me that it should be good up to around 700wtq. I went to a car show in big lake two years ago and there was a corvette with 1010 whp and it said on his mod list he had a spec 3+ clutch, so i went up to him and asked him if he still had that clutch and he said "yeah i just wanted to see what it could handle and will change it when it starts slipping and so far its been holding fine".... which is pretty amazing for a street disc style clutch.

The touchless wash on Galaxie Ave is awesome. You drive in on a flat surface without having to worry about any rails. It just sprays around the car. I got it clean enough for the dirty RK meet. Trust me, I was kind of embarrassed because my Z is usually pretty frickin clean!!!!!
Scott you bastard. I've always wanted to go see Tokyo. I've only seen Manila, Bangkok, and Kathmandu. I suck. lol
Bring me back a souvenir for the Z! And tell Dana to swing by or her and Tara can go out for a ladies night out.
Greg, you're not jealous of the V2 are you? You know it's badass!
Par and I were talking ideas about what to do next on the Z. This is going to be a fun year for modding.

This week is kinda busy, and this weekend will be a 4-day weekend for me. I took next Tuesday off to go with Brandon on a field trip (his last in elementary). He asked me to go, so I'm going (maybe to kick that bully's ***).I go shooting on Thursday.

What's wrong with fapping, Greg?
Sushi next week sounds like a good idea.
+1 on planning for Zdayz 2012!

Thats why I went for the 3+.. when we were looking at the spec clutches the 1 and the 2 two where not very far apart in power range, I think the 2+ is actually only rated for like 420ish tq. Which was pretty close to what my power goal was... And with the 3+ there was a huge jump in power capability but not a huge jump in price, so for the 1200 bucks for the clutch and flywheel I should be plenty safe for any power I make, yet its still a fairly easy driving clutch
Yeah Lance and Dave that works.
I have the Jwt clutch and fly which is supposed to be good up to 500 wtq and it drives perfect for street and daily driven a little stiffer then the oem but feels just about perfect for me. I still need to get the ss clutch line and dot 4 put in the pedal still sticks a bit when I beat on it, it may be the spring in the pedal itself too
whatever it is it is pretty annoying.
