Damn, Greg. I don't poop diamond dusted logs. Those wheels are spendy. Nice try, though. And lol @ dirty little *****. So is mine from all this wet weather.
John, I'm not sure what's going on for this weekend. All I know is that I NEED A PLUMBER to help me with a project. Got a leaky bath faucet, and I've always hated the fact that the previous owner never put an access panel to the plumbing nor did he have a shutoff valve for this bathroom. I literally have to shut the main water valve off. Grrr...
So if anyone knows a plumber who won't rape me, I'd appreciate a name and number. All I'm going to do is ask for a quote.
Emad, it wasn't me that made the offer.

I know, the day I finally bring it home it's raining... As soon as I got home I hosed down the wheels before it went in the garage.

H2o shutoffs not being installed isnt shady. Its indicative of the time the house was built and community. Shut offs didnt become code until mid 90's; theyre easy to install. The access panel is harder unless you know where you need to cut it....Dave, we can look at it tomorrow; gotta sweat some pipes thats all.

What's the problem Dave? I recently remodeled my kitchen and did new shutoff valves, sink, and ran the water line for the fridge. I just bought those compression fittings and they work like a charm. The copper tubing is real easy to work with. I may be able to help ya out but time is hard to come by. But I am very close.

Well came home from work and wanted to work on the Z so I did a couple things that didn't involve two people.

I like your Z. And your garage lol.
Speeding ticket today:/ and pay pal double charged me so I was unable to get my yoko ad08's. Ugh. Some day. And a 24 hr work weekend. Woot.
So to Dave, a house doesn't have to be up to current code, just the codes when it was built?

Codes are a *****, depends on whether youre talking plumbing, electrical...year built, grandfathering, who is inspecting, whether youre selling or leasing etc. Fun stuff once you pull trigger to buy a home. But no, to live in a home like mine built in late 80's, codes were updated when I gutted and renovated the whole home, permits needed and all documented w city if Bloomington to avoid future bs

lol...I definitely need the luck. Whenever I do anything around the house that needs fixing, it takes me about 5x longer.
I went to HD today and thought I had everything I needed. Turns out the part I got wasn't the right one, and I think it's the only Delta cartridge they have.
I'm going back. Can't believe I spent $60 for 3 things there.
