Par, did someone buy your Z yet?

How's the shop looking? Busy? I'm itching to get the old Z up there and have her media blasted and primed. Unfortunately, I still haven't completely stripped out the car. Stupid weather is preventing me from enjoying my time outside.

 

Hey guys where people go and cruise up there and hangout i heard university avenue pretty much died when they put the light rail through there. Was going to head up some weekend and wondered where everyone goes now?

 

Not quite sure, but I may be back to visit at the end of this year. My orders drop this month for my next assignment, and I'll be taking leave in route with the wifey.

Nope not yet people interested but no one has come through yet. Well you would want to have chris do that my shop would do that but i would rather have him get the work and you would be happier with the outcome.

 

Par, you still gonna go to proving grounds? You can take my wrx up there and haul my track wheels up if you don't have a car yet

 

Well that is kind of you my friend but I may be set. Chris told me I could take the r32 gtr up there if I helped him build an exhaust and change the fluids and tires and **** so that may be dope. Would be a bit weird trying to drive a rhd car on the track having never driven one before take a bit to get used to.

He'd let me borrow his tahoe to haul it we would just have to find a trailer to put it on.

yeah it taught me a lesson about wearing a sweater... wasn't the best cars and coffee, but the company wasn't that bad. haha... and, there was coffee. Always thought it was a metaphor.

 

I don't go cruising unless it's with my Z bruthas and a twisty road out of town.

There have been many C&C days that have been like that. It definitely was not pleasant.

John called me as I was getting in my Z to leave.

That's what I meant. I wanted to take it to his shop for the work.

 

Holy ballz, I'm tired today. With the storm this morning and being up to make sure things weren't going to hell, I was up at 2am for a while.

Then I went to the gym for a decent workout, came home and started doing tons of yardwork and cleaning things up. Finally tackled the back yard and mowed, weeded, trimmed, cleaned, etc. I'm exhausted. Probably didn't help that I barely ate anything today until dinner.

Meh, I would like to trailer mine too, but it,ll be fine. I did brained last year and Omaha the year before and drove to both of those events with no issues.

 

and whats up with this "Cruise" ?? with the rain making it impossible for me to auto-x this past weekend, i'm itching for some driving.

 

btw, anyone have any 19" tires for sale?
