In all seriousness I need to figure out what's clunking/popping underneath guys. Where would you take your z to get looked at. Or if someone wants to let me use their garage to get under there.... Hint hint.....

The popping and clunking is probably a loose bolt and nut on your exhaust, suspension, or both. I've had that happen to me before. I'd offer to help you out and look for it. You have tools? Or do you need a lift and jack stands and stuff?

BTW, Ryan and I did a little experiment on the V2 tonight. I'd like to see it during the day. There's a huge color difference, but I expected that. I'm hoping that it protects the lip and stays on for a while.

Dave I think it will look a little better in the day, its funny how the pearl doesn't show as much until you add a true white next to it.

i think the clunk is my control arm/ ball joint. ANd i have a jack and all that, i just need to get under there and check it out.

I clunks hard when i turn slowly or step on my brakes as i come to a stop. it's pretty loud. feels like something is getting hammered ha

I slept in today, but I was still thinking it's dry enough to go to C&C. Doesn't look bad on the map. I think a lot of people probably didn't go.

 

Wow, it got dark out quickly. Took the boys to the donut shop, and then it started to sprinkle. I don't think my plastidipped lip is completely cured yet, so I'm glad I haven't taken it out yet.

 

Amen to that, I didn't want to be out in the rain too so I KO'ed....but taking out the baby this evening to cruise if anyone is in the STP area that wants too also

 

Woke up at 7:30 looked out bedroom window and proceeded to go back to sleep which took all of 5 seconds.

Sure is nice out right now though.
