Soooo my clutch feels a little weird... When I depress the pedal it kinda feels like it gets stuck half way back, like at one point I had to pull it back with my foot... Also feels really light when I push it in... Thoughts??

 

Clutch lines or leak in the system. Find any puddles? Check your cylinder.

 

agree with Dave on this, wasn't getting any leaks on mine, but My clutch would start sticking halfway after engaging it and releasing for a shift (especially during warmer weather), sometimes I would get scared that it wouldn't shift and get stuck in traffic.

However those symptoms are familiar with the Z/G's also E36 bimmers (I miss mine) and its usually the Clutch Master Cylinder needs to be replaced because its not providing hydraulics necessary for the clutch or there is a leak somewhere. Its a cheaper and quick fix if you know what you're doing; took me 1.5 hours. If this is the problem I replaced mine with the willwood clutch master cylinder (more pricey, but great quality) otherwise they go for $40-$65....also check your fluid and make sure its clear (not dark brownish looking.) and not low (obviously).

 

Could be bleed, lines, CMS, but instead unlike 95% of us dude, you have a warranty....make them figure ish out while being fellated by some young blonde

There's no way I'm spending that kind of money for a car that doesn't work. Learned that lesson too well.

So I'm looking for a CD009 transmission now. On Saturday, I kept crunching into 3rd gear. It's not looking good. Even Tara commented on it. It's time. I looked at the marketplace, and these tranny's go quickly. Should I buy used or get one from a vendor?

 

Local trans shop has various trans they advertise on CL, def check into it, see them infrequently, just search entire ad not just title

 

I watched the latest Die Hard movie last night, I think its time to let that series go.
