Went to the Twins game tonight, scored some awesome seats in the Champions club. Valet parking, 5 course meal with beef tenderloin, lam, ribs, BBQ chicken and just about any regular ballpark snack/burgers/hot dogs/brats all for freeeee. They also had desert and a full open bar, not to mention our own little hot waitress to bring us stuff during the game. Who'd a thunk having money would be so nice lol, def got to live like a baller at the game tonight. Here's a video I shot while there, Ill add the pics tomorrow.

went to the dealership (bmw motorwerks) today.....basically got "forced" to try out a E46 M3 I was eying, also a S2000 that just got traded, plus a 2007 335i that had an M package.....omfg I felt like I wanted to just sign a paper!!!

 

Damn Ryan how did you score those awesome seats???

 

Good ol' Mom has the connections through work, there were 4 tickets and she and I went and a co-worker of hers took the other two. I looked up what they go for as a package, 4 seats for season tickets........... 100K

Pretty lucky to get them but they really love my mom at her job so they usually give her tickets to a few games a year (this year has been kinda slow with the tickets since they and vendors have made cut backs.), Ive also sat right above the Twins dugout and up in the Legends Club too. This was my first time being in the Champions Club and I gotta say they really do make you feel special at the game and take really good care of you, I guess whey you pay that much its expected. Gonna be hard to beat that experience at the game for me.

There's a huge SSNS cruise on Sunday leaving at 8:30 in Maplewood, cruising up to Duluth for lunch, and cruising back.

Also, I rescheduled the twisties meet from saturday the 31st to Sunday the 1st if any of you can make it. Going to head down Wisconsin side and come back up MN side.

I'm going to try and make it tonight. I'm heading over to Elk River to pick up a fender roller from one of my fellow G37 members, and then I'll swing back down 494 to meet up with you guys if you're still there. Need to roll my fronts and delete the clips so I can drop my front about 1/2" lower.

 

Is that the stance crew? SSNS? Wont be making that one. Im 50/50 for the Sunday the 1st, race day ya know.

 

Hola! I'm back from the hinter-land! I saw a ton of cars on 35E near Duluth on Saturday. I figured it was the annual cruise.

So it looks like I didn't miss the heat wave! We're going tubing on the Cannon River tomorrow.

As far as last week goes, I was at a top secret location. I think it was some Area called 51. Good vacation spot.

 

Nerd fact for you guys about area 51. There are a few planes that fly's in and out of there daily that shuttles employees that work there and lands in Vegas. Its a 737 that's all white with a red stripe and now logos on the outside, no markings to say what it is. The really cool/funny part is that their call sign and FAA ID is JANET, it stands for Just Another Non Existent Terminal.

BTW I might be doing a partial tear down on my Z's motor next weekend. This oil leak I have is killing me and I need to do something about it. If anyone is bored swing on over, I'll just be chillin in the garage for the next 10hrs.

 

I should be able to make it over after work on Saturday around lunch time.
