I'm back! Stopped by Sonic after all, but it wasn't in the Z. I'm pretty tired still. Good times up north, though. Felt like I was playing COD MW3 the whole time. Got some bullet wounds to show off.

Now to work on the Z again.

Filled out a customer service survey for the window replacement and complained about the silicone. So now it looks like I will call Harmon Auto and tell them what happened or show them. I don't trust them to "fix" it since they'll probably take a razor to the paint.

So anyone up for going to the 4 or 5PM matinee showing of Riddick? Tara and I would like to go see it this afternoon, but I need to know and have the MIL stay to watch the kids.

Erik, I can come by after lunch if you want to do the brakes.

So going to finally start my workout routine today. Been over a month since I last lifted, also no more beer for two weeks or fast food as I have a health assessment coming up for work. In that month of not working out I've lost 15lbs and can definetely tell. Time to kick it into overdrive and get my lazy *** back in shape.

Wasn't to bad today, I lowered my reps but kept the same weight, Hopefully I'll be back to norm in 2-3 weeks.

I started a new workout regimen today. It's brutal as usual. Started out doing legs.

Pyramid DTP of leg presses, calf presses, and upper abs. 1 set each of 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 and then back up.

Good luck, Greg.

I don't think your car will look good anymore with a chute setup. Just my 2 cents.

It was fun as hell. Bruises are still sensitive, but the wounds are scabbing over. I was using the rowing machine and was gently reminded that the scabs were still there.
