So here's the ole skool Z I tried to find last weekend and today while on my route I was in the area again and this time was sitting outside. It's a 1970 240z with over 10k into it shaved door handles, exhaust, suspension work and of course body work. The car looked immaculate except for the fact that it does have a cracked dash board which is very common on all S30's that was the only issue I could see. The carbs have just been redone and the guy is asking $8900 for it. Here's a few pics I took real quick with my S3 camera phone.
I have the guys number if anyone is interested in calling him
hint hint Dave

Oh it looks good, it's just the trouble if the car ever dies and you could never take it to any track days.
Usually there is a hidden switch somewhere for cases like that never thought about track days tho but at brainerd they have you race with yoir windows down so I don't think it would be to much trouble

Yep that's correct. Most tracks, including BIR won't allow any cars on that don't have door handles for liability/insurance purposes.
Out on a ammo run I spotted this guy out for a little run down the sidewalk, I tracked with him for a 1/4 mile before traffic started to catch up, looking for lunch Id guess.
