Default Looking for Tuning in IL

Hey guys,
I am about to get my Z shipped to Urbana, Illinois and I was wondering if anyone knew of any reputable shops around this region. The Z was in Maryland before, so I always went to AAMS and FunctionTuned.
any suggestions are appreciated.
thanks

I don't know how close it is, but AMS is there and although they aren't known in the Z/G community, they are huge in the DSM/Evo community and Martin in one of the best tuners around, regardless of platform. People on EvoM.net would fly him all over the country to tune their cars. Might be worth checking into.

AMS will not tune Z's... I already inquired about that one... but they do recommend a shop, and anything AMS recommends, I would tend to follow as a good idea. I forget which one it was though...

I know GRD does the UTEC. You might want to call them up first. THey have this new tune/flash that can hold up too 5 different MAPS and you are able to change it thru your cruise control buttons. Give Irfan a call he can give you more info on it.

go to Hal and Injected Performance down in Lexington, KY. I made the drive, and it was worth every penny. Also, If you don't have the time to make the drive...i'm pretty sure they will come pick your car up and trailer it back down for you...
