Default Cincinnati Z/Northern KY...how long do you store your car in winter?

So I might be moving to the Cincinnati area and I was wondering how long you guys store your cars in the winter? I will absolutely not drive the car in the snow and salt (rain is fine). What months do they typically salt the roads out there?

Ha salt!!! They dont salt the roads until its too late. My suggestion because the weather here sucks a$$ is to have two cars, for sure. Some days during the winter are nice and others not so much. Have a beater for bad days and drive the Z on others. Or do what I'm thinking about and sell the Z and buy an EVO. done.

Its acutally not too bad. There may be salt on the roads for a total of 2 weeks each year? Although, I have another car that I usually drive...

It really depends on the year, sometimes its not a lot, sometimes it is.

I usually garage my car from the middle of november to mid march. I have a cherokee for the snow and ice.

I'm not worried about me so much as I am about other people. People suck at driving in the snow. and all it takes is that one driver.

Hell yes. Real men have beards and drive their Z in the snow.

In all seriousness. 95% of the cincy winter you can still drive it. We get some snow then we get a rain that washes the salt off and your good to go till the next snow.

I drove mine for 3 winters on snowtires with no problems, but the past 2 I just took it out on days when the snow and salt were clear.

haha...maybe. It's crazy, but my Z on snow tires and stupid stiff / low suspension got around in the snow better than my truck. Never got the Z stuck in snow / ice yet, but the truck got stuck twice last year.
