Hey there! I did get your PM. Sorry for the late reply. For the past couple weeks, I've been using the iPhone to get on my350z.com (long story).

I plan to head out. I will see if the RX guys might let us in. Otherwise, we should check with Derek. He seems to have connections to prime spots.

 

I figure I'll ride my bike to the WAB and watch from there like last year. :P Driving anywhere around the dream cruise sucks so much.

 

I've got a buddy with a superformance group (kinda like cobra kit car) that may have prime spots if we're willing to donate

 

I do not want to drive unless there are spots available for us even if it means we have to pay for it. I'd rather drive a regular car, park away from traffic and walk there.

After all, Dream Cruise is for Classic Cars isn't it? Pardon me if I sound stupid
I would like to hang out with you guys, watch cars, dunk a few beers and shoot some pictures.

 

I am going to hang out with guys from Motorwerks. They rent out a lot in downtown b'ham. I will probably walk around a bit - I plan on bringing my 5 year old. He loves cars. Let me know where you guys plan to hang out. I am not going to drive the Z. I probably park somewhere close to downtown b'ham and walk it.

 

I am going to be at the same spot I alaways am in Pontiac, where the cars can actually move, and have fun..hahaha

Thanks for the responses, we are more than happy to pay to keep the rides safe. Let me know were we can hook up and park and we will be there.

 

I drove the cruise last year. No one gave me any crap about it. Most feel it's about the love for the cars.

I don't have my own thing. If you guys are up to it we can plan for something and carpool or meet up there OR even pay for parking places etc.

I have to drop Sarah off at the airport at 9am but I'm free after that.

Or hell, we can burn some burgers and brats in my back yard too. I'm only ~4 blocks from 9mile/woodward.

I usally spend the day/morning in Pontiac then head down in the evening to B'ham to party and spend the night in my buddy's townhouse
