I also have been trying to get a couple of guys to come. The one blue Z I looked at yesterday is thinking about it. I don't know why he is stalling but its his choice.

man! you guys see a lot of z's around. i've seen maybe 10 on the streets in the year i've had my z. my buddy saw one on telegraph yesterday. he said he tried to race it, but someone got stuck at a light. either way, he has an accord and it would of been cake for the z.

i installed a grille on my z over the weekend. im a bit iffy on it. it looks like the car is smiling. and its showing all its teeth. ill give it a few more days, if it doesnt grow on me by then, im taking it off.

Just curious, how many of you know about xceedspeed.com? I see a few of you on there, but I thought I'd make sure everyone knew about it. It's a Michigan based "sport compact" forum, mainly from the Detroit area. They usually have a big group for opening day at Milan, so I'm sure you'll see them there.

Also, they hold spring and fall BBQ's every year and that should be in a month or so, I don't think the date has been announced yet. There's usually a real nice turnout, so I'd highly recommend it. The West Michigan Z Club will be there for sure and a number of Detroit Z's (mainly Z32) are usually there. Just thought I'd let everybody know.

 

im on xceed. my sn over there is ZChica. its a good way to find out about events and meets and stuff. isnt opening day the same day we're meeting there?

yeah that was me on my way to work on 1st street. it sucks because there isnt any parking at my building since its in the middle of downtown so i have to park on the street. im always afraid some A$$ is going to mess with my car, or its going to get hit or something

 

I saw your post on there, you got quite the response. Those guys go nuts whenever theres a new girl. Most girls don't have as nice of a car, either, so that added to it.

And yeah, opening day is the day we're meeting. It's always packed and you won't get many runs, but it's a good time because of the huge turnout.
